Job Overview:
On behalf of our PMC client, Petroplan are seeking a Project Director to oversee multiple large-scale projects, offering relocation to Kuwait.

You'll oversee project performance, resource coordination, and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Champion HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality) objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide overall management of the PMC group, excluding day-to-day task allocation, focusing on staffing qualified personnel for successful project execution.
• Align project objectives with client expectations, ensuring consistent communication and delivery exceeding client standards.
• Mentor and guide contract leadership teams, offering strategic advice and resolving complex issues to maintain progress.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 20 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• 10 years in a project management role.
• 20 years total post graduation experience
• 10 years post graduation experience in oil and gas projects
• 5 years' experience in the Middle East
