Honeywell Thermal Solutions Sr Appl/Sys Sales Engineer Roles & Responsibility
HTS售前应用技术工程师
The individual will be a member of application support team responsible for understanding the unique technical requirement from different verticals regarding combustion system, find out the pain point from customer, and workout corresponding solution.
作为HTS售前应用技术团队的一员,负责了解不同行业对燃烧系统需求的不同,搞清楚客户的痛点并提出针对性的解决方案.包括但不限于烧嘴型号,系统整体配置,控制方式等.
The individual will work in close cooperation with the sales, Proposal, ETO engineering and R&D Team.
根据工作需要,紧密的同销售,报价,R&D,工程部门合作.
Key Responsibilities for the Sr Appl/Sys Sales Engineer role include but not limited to:
• Understand customer application needs and pain points, and introduce customers to Honeywell's products and thermal solutions, as well as a unique value proposition that outperforms competitors

了解客户的应用需求和痛点,向客户介绍霍尼韦尔的产品和热能解决方案,以及超越竞争对手的独特的价值定位
• Accompany the sales engineer or visit the end user, OEM or Distributor independently to understand the customer's application segments, technical requirements, issues to be resolved.

陪同销售工程师或者独立拜访最终用户,OEM或Distributor,了解客户的细分应用,技术要求,需要解决的问题.
• Confirm technical parameters and propose overall solutions (system, component package or individual burner) according to customer requirements. Includes detailed technical solutions, P&ID, etc.

技术参数确认,根据客户需求提出整体的解决方案(系统,部件包或者单独烧嘴).包括技术方案详述, P&ID等.
• Understand the update of the industry regulations and the development trend of the industry, understand the changing trend of the demand for the combustion system, and timely feedback to the relevant personnel/departments.

了解行业法规的更新以及行业的发展趋势,了解对燃烧系统的需求变化趋势,并及时把需求反馈给相关人员/部门.

• For cases where there is no solution for the time being, provide market demand data, timely coordinate relevant personnel to make scientific decisions, do customer customization according to requirements, or give up similar opportunities.对暂时没有解决方案的案例,提供市场需求的数据,及时协调相关人员作出科学决策,是根据要求做客户定制,或者是放弃类似机会.
• Understand competitors' product information and suggest improvements to existing HTS solutions.

了解竞争对手的产品信息,并对HTS现有解决方案提出改进意见.
• Summarize existing cases, and summarize and share new application cases. Complete the establishment of application case database.

对已有案例进行总结,新增应用案例进行归纳和分享.完成应用案例数据库的建立.

Key Success Factors:
• Strong application ability, understanding the specific technical requirements of specific industries & processes for combustion systems.

很强的应用能力,了解特定行业&工艺对燃烧系统的具体技术要求.
• Strong technical ability, understand the characteristics of different HTS burners, application cases. Learn about the differences and benefits of HTS solutions for different applications.

很强的技术能力,了解HTS 不同燃烧器的特点,应用的案例.了解HTS针对不同应用的解决方案的不同以及优势.
• Understand industry information & regulatory requirements.

了解行业信息&法规要求.
• Basic drafting skills - AutoCAD

基本制图能力-AutoCAD
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to mobilize the resources of different departments of the company to achieve project success

• Good self-management skills, able to work independently with limited supervision.

Basic Qualifications:
• Engineering & Design related major is preferred

工程&设计专业优先
• More than 5 years working experience in combustion industry

• Has project management experience is preferred

• Strong learning ability and adaptability

出差Travel:Yes, 50% of the Time
