Cyber Support Engineer L2

Job Description:

The Honeywell cyber support team is looking for a support engineer L2 that will support Honeywell's cyber products for our worldwide customer base. The support engineer will handle customers' issues, collaborate with internal teams, support deployments and software releases, and maximize customer satisfaction levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Support customer production environments as L2
• Collaborate with L3 support and R&D teams to solve customers' issues
• Maintaining and improving the customer support portal
• Take active part of new SW version release process
• Verify security updates and distribute to customers
• Generate licenses
• Review R&D documentation
• Manage and monitor customers certification expiration

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 year experience in a support role / technical customer facing role
• At least 1 year experience in a cybersecurity product company
• Proven experience in networking
• Working with Linux, Unix
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
