JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is based out of our Loyang Office.

Job Description:

  1. To support the growth of the business by providing technical sales support for customers and the regional sales force, including pre and post client interaction throughout the sales process.
  2. To support the Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager in developing and achieving sales plan and maximize sales success.
  3. To mentor and guide the peers in technical sales supports, and general sales skills.
  4. Develop high level customer relationships for mutual benefit.
  5. Maintain and report monthly forecasts on sales orders-in and backlog.
  6. Manage collections, report on AR, and act as the escalation point for chasing significantly aging debt.
  7. Participate in sales and operational planning activities to ensure market winning lead times and maximize product availability.
  8. Ensure compliance with QMS policy and process to ensure the sales process can be audited and remains compliant.
  9. Preparation of quotations and supportive information to customer enquiries.
  10. Contract review and processing of orders with supportive information and relevant parties.
  11. Management of product pricing evaluation.
  12. Assist with pricing of products and regional variation to maximize sales potential.
  13. Maintain an overview of clients in the region, their contracts and operations.
  14. Maintain an overview of competitors, their activities, success and failures, feedback to management.
  15. Management of all existing agents on a regional basis.
  16. Monthly report to the Management, including quote activity, new orders, new clients, customer feedback and business outlook.
  17. Ready for regional travels, including clients visit, seminars etc. (approximately 50%)
  18. Other reasonable tasks as directed by your line manager.


Job Requirements:

  1. Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent field.
  2. Min 3-5 years experience in similar function and industry.
  3. Excellent analytical, written, verbal communications, and documentation skills.
  4. Ability to maintain focus and business acumen under sometimes stressful sales/business negotiations.
  5. A strong sense of customer focus (internal/external).
  6. A candid team player who collaborates with peers to solve problems.
  7. Firm and diplomatic when negotiating.
  8. Committed to self-improvement and development through the role to achieve career goals.
