- Supporting line leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary matters
- Regular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviews
- Change management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformation
- Leadership development and succession planning
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Human Resources academic qualification OR relevant degree
- Previous Resources / Energy industry experience will be highly beneficial
- Experience within both Corporate and Operational environments will be advantageous, but not essential
- You will be required to work fairly independently, therefore seeking someone with considerable demonstrated experience in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships
- Flexibible approach to work as you will support anything from Operating sites to Corporate function
