This position reports to

Cyber Fusion Center Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to successfully develop and implement security measures for ABB in your area of responsibility. Each day, you will protect ABB from rapidly escalating threats. You will also showcase your expertise by staying vigilant in combating security threats, taking charge of the organization's cybersecurity, and keeping track of existing security infrastructure to ensure systems that protect vital information are secured. The work model for the role is #LI#Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore/Globally. You will be mainly accountable for: • Designing, managing and delivering all security reporting to the CFC stakeholders. • Designing and managing delivery of all process, skills and technology resolutions for each of the CFC services identified through security incidents. • Managing the portfolio of maturity improvement initiatives for all the CFC services, and identification of opportunities therein. • Manage direct reports and suppliers involved in providing the service. • Manage and facilitate incident management communication channels in the event of a crisis event.

Qualifications for the role

  • 10plus years of total experience, of which 7 years is working in a communications and incident management
  • BSc in comms, IT or IT Security
  • Define and build all the processes to successfully manage Incident Management communications, remediations and continuous improvement within the CFC.
  • 7years of leadership experience.
  • Key component of the role is involved in managing communications during a crisis event; ability to work under pressure is essential.
