Your role and responsibilities
The Service Division of ABB collaborates with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability, and sustainability of electrical products and installations. The Division's extensive service portfolio offers product care, modernization, and advisory services to enhance performance, extend equipment lifespan, and achieve new levels of operational and sustainable efficiency. We help customers keep resources in use for as long as possible, extract maximum value from them, and then recover and regenerate products and materials at the end of their lifecycle. In this role, you will lead the team of Field Service Engineers involved in the on-site realization of projects, from installation and commissioning to maintenance. Responsibilities: • You are responsible for coordinating all work on both low and medium voltage installations based on strictly established guidelines. • Technically developing an assignment or project in consultation with both the customer and the ABB organizations domestically and abroad, in close collaboration with the group responsible for work preparation. • Providing technical support to our employees working at our customers' sites. These customers can also turn to you for technical solutions. • Monitoring the financial aspects of the assignments you are responsible for and making adjustments as necessary. • Coaching the team of service professionals, guiding their development, and ensuring effective organization and direction within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Electromechanics.
- You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
- Keeping up with technical developments in the relevant field is a given.
- You possess the right social, communication, and commercial skills, and you have a result- and customer-oriented attitude.
- You are flexible, stress-resistant, and able to maintain an overview.
