What You Can Expect
As our Customer Experience Specialist Senior, this role requires an individual who can hit the ground running and work with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in broker commissions, Siebel, billing systems (CES, Craft & Cannon), and strong communication skills to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. Additionally, this role will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with special projects as needed. This position sits in Houston, TX reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

Salary Range: $62,400 - $87,150 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

Additionally, this role will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with special projects as needed. This position sits in Houston, TX reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.
- Deliver exceptional onboarding support through calls and emails, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Educate customers on services, processes, tools, and online account setup related to broker commissions
- Set up billing accounts, maintain accurate customer records, and address inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure satisfaction and successful integration of services
- Support the COO with special projects, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Define and implement KPIs, leveraging feedback to enhance the onboarding process and providing regular updates to leadership
What You'll Bring
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, retail operations experience field where you have studied Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or in lieu of a degree seven (7) year's working experience in Customer onboarding with a Proven track record in customer relations and resolving issues
- You have a strong understanding of broker commissions and billing systems such as CES and Cannon
- You are an excellent communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills and a customer-focused approach
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
- You are proficient in using CRM systems and office software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
