We have an opportunity for a Channel Marketing Specialist tojoin us at Honeywell in Katowice, Poland. You will support, manage and direct all of the channel marketing activities for Honeywell Personal Protective Equipment business in Central Easter Europe (CEE) and Benelux. The main focus of the position is to promote the Honeywell PPE brand and portfolio across our channel partners and key end users.

You will work closely with the Regional Product Marketing and Sales teams to support the revenue and product growth strategy, with a heavy emphasis on key channel partners. You will ensure the regional marketing strategy is aligned with the Global strategy and design channel marketing plans to meet revenue and return on investment objectives.
Strong teamwork is expected with Regional Sales team, Product Marketing Management, Demand Generation and Campaign team.

This is a hybrid role, 3days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create with Product Marketing annual, quarterly and monthly plan to drive sell out activities
  • Support NPI activities with the sales team, partners and end users, build channel marketing plans with key partners to promote the portfolio and support revenue growth
  • Analyse channel performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations for channel marketing improvement
  • Control and monitor the Marketing Development Funds budget in the region with a strong focus on return on investment and digital activities
  • Create and execute the regional communication plan to the channel via our Partner Portal, plan and execute marketing and sales events in the region such as tradeshows, product roadshows and webinars
  • Ensure the compliance of the marketing assets with the Regional needs, including the review of the translated assets

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Min. 5 years of experience in marketing/channel marketing/digital marketing, in a business-to-business environment (sales-oriented person)
  • Native Polish speaker and fluent in English
  • Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills, proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with the attention to details and strong business and sales acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly creative, analytical, and results-oriented, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for marketing excellence
