Provide technical support to the chartering team ensuring that all formalities are completed for the chartering activities.

Job Purpose
Provide technical support to the chartering team ensuring that all formalities are completed for the chartering activities.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Assist in activities relating to the chartering in / out of ships, providing administrative and technical support.
- Prepare related documentations in order to meet requirements for ship utilization in line with standards and requirements.
- Provides technical and administrative assistance during negotiation phase of the terms of charter in order to ensure achievement of terms and conditions commercially favorable and terms and conditions meet requirements.
- Prepare reports and document and file relevant market information and ensure that required information is made available on a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain data base and contact details of internal and external parties. Receive and advise information as instructed for smooth flow of chartering activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial discipline or equivalent qualification
- 8 years of experience in offshore operations and related activities within the oil & gas industry
