We are currently seeking a (New Grad) Scheduler I to join our Project Controls Scheduling Team based in Claremont, CA.

About the Job
This entry-level role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of scheduling and planning, setting a strong foundation for your career growth. You'll be exposed to various aspects of project controls, ensuring a well-rounded experience that will prepare you for future opportunities.

Scheduler 1 functions will include basic planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and change management. Under close supervision, performs the routine aspects of Scheduling and Progress Measurement (Data Collection and Input). A Scheduler 1 is exposed to various aspects of Scheduling/Planning for initial career development within Project Controls.

Duties:
1. Assist project management team in preparation of all Project Controls reports including but not limited to schedule reporting, progress reporting and other various reporting for management.
2. Support Senior Project Controls personnel to aid in analysis and reporting of Schedule and/or Progress.
3. Support Project Teams in resolution of planning and scheduling issues
4. Interface with internal and external clients
5. Communicate project related issues in a timely manner

About You

Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
1. B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
2. Less than 2 years of experience.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Basic knowledge of Project Management principles
6. Industrial construction experience is a plus
7. Prior knowledge of scheduling software and\or progress measurement systems is a plus.
