We have an opportunity for a Field ServiceLeader to join us at Honeywell, in Cambridge, where you will be responsible forleading a team of BMS, Fire and Security engineer on a fixed client site todeliver an excellent service, ensure team are undertaking and completing tasks ontime and in line with service delivery req and identifying opportunities forsystem improvements and additional sales opportunities. This is a fixed siterole working at a dedicated site Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive success by enabling and guiding a highly-effective team and apply leadership skills to improve team performance
  • Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities
  • Act as mentor to train and develop engineers with personal development plans aligned with business requirements
  • Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Customer & Product Support function
  • Utilize your knowledge of Honeywell products to build a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction

Key skills and qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar customer facing role, leading/managing a service business successfully ideally within Building Automation
  • Good knowledge of service business requirements such as Health & Safety standards, PPM completion, extra works, contract types, customer satisfaction, framework agreements, etc.
  • Ability to identify improvements and additional service/business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to motivate people to achieve their potential
  • Experience of accurate forecasting, controlling a P&L and working with other department managers such as Sales, Projects and Finance
