JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To oversee respective area of service
• Train, motivate and communicate needs to the respective team
• To complete demands of the shop manager pertaining to tool production
• Develop accurate and complete data pertaining to service documentation in a timely manner
• Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipment to perform duties required
• Interact with personnel in other departments and disciplines.
• Participate in action plans for new projects defined by supervisor.
• Maintain the work environment as outlined by the shop supervisor
• Be a first-line supervisor for the service team and oversee all aspects of tool service and reliability
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the leadership role required
• Experience in operating Crane/Forklift required
• Ability to work rotating shifts (day/night)
• Internal promotion with minimum technical work experience at the manager's discretion
• Sufficient training and experience to be thoroughly familiar with the operational characteristics of company products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Adheres to all HSE requirements
• Working hours to be identified by the manager
• Must be able to work in a factory environment which may include but are not
• limited to: high noise level, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors
• Working conditions may be inside and outside with the extreme temperature
• Working hours to be administered by the Shop Manager
