- Develop an automated process for KPI updates to streamline reporting
- Pursue continuous improvement across all KPIs, implementing enhancements as needed
- Develop, manage, and continuously update the following Supply Chain reporting
- Regularly update the Market Intelligence report, ensuring stakeholders (primarily the C&P team) receive timely, relevant insights
- Enhance the Market Intelligence report by integrating valuable market data connected to Supply Chain operation
- Support Modern Slavery Management
- Support AIP, RAP Management
- Support Additional Sustainability Management and processes
- Collaborate with the Sustainability and Change Advisor to implement and sustain change management within the Supply Chain
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Relevant university degree in a related discipline
- Experience and knowledge of supply chain activities, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
- Previous experience and qualification of continuous improvement highly regarded
- Planning and cost management experience for supply chain activities
- Experience in developing metrics and dashboards
- Knowledge and experience in Ariba & SAP operation
- Highly effective at influencing and engaging a diverse group of stakeholders and able to communicate complex information in a simple way
- Ability to detect any inefficient work processes and create value
- Capability of data management - MS Office Suite and reporting skills
