Asa Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable formanaging and overseeing various aspects of project controls, includingscheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will play acrucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and programs,contributing to the overall success of the organization.
You will report directly to our Program Controls guide and you'll work out ofour Glendale AZ location on a 3/2 hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on project success, as youwill be accountable for managing and overseeing the control, coordination, andoversight of various program and project management aspects. Your attention todetail, thoughtful skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams willbe essential in driving project success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement projectplanning and scheduling strategies
• Monitor and control project costs andbudgets
• Identify and mitigate project risksand issues
• Analyze project performance metricsand provide insights and recommendations
• Work with cross-functional teams toensure project success
• Ensure compliance with projectmanagement standards and best practices
