Sr OfferingManagement Specialist
As a Sr Offering Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in driving the offering management function. You will beaccountable for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growthand profitability. Your strong thoughtful skills, strategic thinking, andability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in deliveringsuccessful outcomes for Honeywell's business.

You will report directly to our Offering Management guide and you will work outof our Istanbul location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you willimpact strategic guide, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction,performance-driven advantage, resource allocation, risk management, andcost-efficiency. Your guide and expertise are instrumental in driving businessgrowth and maintaining a strong market position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth andprofitability
• Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
• Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, andgo-to-market strategies
• Monitor market trends and performance-driven landscape to identifygrowth opportunities
• Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenueoptimization strategies
• Conduct market research and thoughtfulness to identify customer needsand market trends
• Provide guide and guidance to the offering management team

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in offering management or related roles
• Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
