We are currently seeking a (New Grad) Financial Analyst I, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, to join our Finance Americas Team based in Houston, TX.
About the Job
• Perform financial authorization of Supplier Invoices / customer billing (AP/AR)
• Provides the Accounting Department with necessary information for invoicing and monthly close
• Prepares and supports the reporting of financial budgets and forecasts for Shared Services functions.
• Identifies variances and analysis between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period
• Gathers, analyzes, and evaluates financial information for the projects ID analysis
• Ensures that all Group and internal process are applied
• Assists in the overall consolidation process
About You

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with less than 2 years of experience.
• Good understanding of Accounting and Financial theory, principles and modeling.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Ability to take complex items and communicate them in simple terms.
• Advanced personal computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to define deadlines, multi-task, and solve complex problems
Preferred Qualifications:
• Internship or co-op experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related fields.
• Hyperion experience desirable.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Financial statement review, consolidations, and variance analysis knowledge or experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle financial software is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
