HR Operations Team Lead
Your role and responsibilities
Tasks • Be charge of employees' monthly payroll calculation and payment transactions • Be charge of employees' social benefit and company benefit related transactions • Be charge of employee's individual income tax declaration • Support payroll and benefit financial booking relevant processes • Support ESAP related activities for employees • Support Internal/External audit process • Coordinate with vendor/agency • Handle payroll/benefit related special cases according to relevant experience • Coordinate with other service lines and Hub team (In Bangalore, India)

Qualifications for the role
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications
- 3+ years' experience in HR C&B/ PY function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage
- Collaboration and networking skills
- Excellent speaking & written in English.
