In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Adhere to company's and customer HSEQ standards at all time.
- Distribute documents and change notices. Registration of all project documents from external and internal suppliers for projects.
- Control, modify, compile and submit complete Final Documentation for projects.
- Maintain customer databases and storage of electronic documentation.
- Supervise standard internal documentation data-bases.
- Assist outside and inside sales when they are preparing quotation with establish Master Document. Register to ensure correct documents are being offered.
- Assist outside sales in external meeting as Emerson's expert on documents.
- Provide professional assistance and mentorship to CSC employees regarding Documentation.
- Be the preferred contact for customer on documentation.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Commercial /Technical education on college level
- Must be experienced user of Adobe Acrobat, Windows Office - especially Word and Excel (or similar Office products)
- Experience with database controlled document handling
- To be proficient in English and Norwegian (both oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of Norsok documentation demands for onshore and offshore installations - Standards NS5820 and AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Adobe Acrobat experience.
