Become an integral part of creating an exceptional customer learning experience by joining NI Education Services organization as a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Administrator. The LXP Administrator plays a critical role in delivering an impactful learning experience for up to 30,000 annual active learners. This person will work with many organizations within NI including Education Services, Digital Services & Support, and IT to define and maintain the LXP implementation, ensuring continual progress towards Education Services business strategy goals. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of web-based SaaS technologies and experience with web development concepts. The candidate will be expected to stay up to date on the learning platform products and releases. As a member of the Education Services team, this person will also have the opportunity to cross train on additional technologies to support broader team projects.
The LXP Administrator works closely with the IT Customer Learning Product Manager and Global Training Delivery team to understand business requirements related to the customer learning experience in order contribute ideas and input towards ongoing system improvements. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the NI Learning Center on ni.com including, but not limited to: managing integrations and configurations, coordinating resolution of system issues, and assisting support teams with troubleshooting customer issues. NI's Learning Center is implemented on the Thought Industries platform. This platform is integrated with other technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Zoom, SSO, and SFDC, plus more in the future.
The successful LXP Tools Administrator is a vocal champion of our learners who accelerates the delivery of the NI Learning Center vision by systematically and carefully driving effective platform utilization and increased learner satisfaction. They will be an important member of the Learning Experience collaborator team and will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible:
- Configure and administer the technical components of the LXP.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve increased support issues.
- Assists in testing new platform features, as necessary.
- Produce and maintain documentation for content release processes, technology integrations and LXP configurations to facilitate development and support efforts.
- Serve as a technical point-of-contact for the content development team to advise on standard processesapplyingzing the LXP and advise on the impact of platform updates to existing curriculum.
- Partner with the IT Customer Learning Product Manager to ensure successful deployment of the desired learning experience through activities such as:
- Evaluate LXP functionality to offer efficient, high quality, and scalable solutions that support business requirements.
- Build a deep understanding of interdependent system and LXP technologies to facilitate ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate on the backlog of feature ideas.
- Be actively engaged in project management meetings
- Maintain daily work records and time on project tasks
Who You Are: You have strong attention to detail.
Specialized Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Intermediate advanced English level (B2+ and above)
- BS or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business or related field
- 3+ years demonstrated experience providing customer focused solutions, support, or service.
- Demonstrated experience with administration of web-based technology solutions including configuration-based functionality and customization with html, css, and other common web technologies.
- LXP Management Experience (Thought Industries).
- Demonstrated experience working across collaborator and delivery teams to complete requirements.
- Demonstrated aptitude for systems-thinking, evaluating events in a larger context, and root cause analysis.
- Solid understanding of architecture, UI, and configuration of web-based applications - direct experience with online learning platforms is preferred but not required
- Solid background in unit, system, and user acceptance testing in conjunction with issue tracking and resolution processes
- Solid knowledge and understanding of how technology can enable impactful and effortless learning experiences.
- Knowledge and understanding of instructional design processes and tools is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery
