Dein Aufgabengebiet:
- Bearbeitung aller Arten von Kundenanfragen (Fragen, Wünsche, Probleme) per Telefon und E-Mail via Ticketsystem
- Unterstützung in der Kundenbetreuung bei diversen Kundenanfragen ganz speziell Forderungsmanagement bzw. -nachverfolung
- Klärung offener Posten für den Gesamtbereich CSM Deutschland in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Kundenbetreuern und entsprechenden Fachabteilungen
- Eigenverantwortliche interne und externe Korrespondenz auch in englischer Sprache
- Übernahme von Projekten
- Pflegen und Verwalten von Datenbanken sowie Dokumentation und Verwaltung von bereichsinternen Prozessen
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industriekauffrau/-mann, Bankauffrau/-mann, Bürokauffrau/-mann etc.), gerne auch Berufeinsteiger nach erfolgreich abgeschlossener Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Deine Kompetenzen:
- Eine exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit einer gewissen Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Dir gefällt es eigenverantwortlich mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein Themen zu übernehmen
- MS Office gehört zu Deinem täglichen Brot
- Idealerweise hast Du auch schon gute Kenntnisse in SAP oder einem ähnlichen System
