Thisis a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

• Contribution to new products through interaction with system architects, hardware and software designers, system integration engineers and project engineers
• Preparation of specification documents including hardware and software requirement specifications, Interface Control Documents, traceability & impact analysis of changes to the requirements
• Preparation of verification and certification documents including requirements traceability
• Close co-operation with hardware and software design/development teams to ensure requirements are implemented efficiently and are testable and verifiable

Key skills and qualifications

• University degree in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field
• Experience in avionics systems engineering, exposure to avionics systems integration and testing, familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Knowledge of system/software/hardware development processes
• Advanced command of English language
• Knowledge of MATLAB is valuable
