As a Painter Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and aesthetics of our products. You will be accountable for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Your attention to detail and expertise in color matching will help us deliver high-quality products to our customers.
You will report directly to our Supervisor and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the overall appearance and durability of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Apply paint and coatings to surfaces using various techniques, such as spraying, rolling, and brushing.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of paint and coatings.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
U.S. REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U. S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U. S.
FAA CANDIDATES
All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
