As the Sales Director role for our Systems and Software business, you will have the responsibility to develop and drive the sales and market strategy for Central & South-East Europe, lead the Systems and Software sales department (total direct/indirect 13 people), support the Business Development Managers and Sales Managers in creating demand, act in direct contact with clients, work with operations, services and 3rd parties to be able to deliver related project scope and services.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • To own the Systems and Software business in the CSEE region, be responsible for the related bookings target, forecast and incrementally grow the business.
  • To lead and support the sales teams by setting clear and measurable business objectives and driving engagement of the teams.
  • To identify the needs and profiles for people resources and actively support the process of skills and talents development within the designated team.
  • To lead and develop the individual Business Development Managers, Sales Managers and Field Sales Engineers.
  • To drive the sales and market strategy in cooperation with the General Manager, European Leadership and European domain guides.
  • To work closely with operations, services, and 3rd parties to complement our offering.
  • To establish high-level contacts at key positions in our Customer base in close collaboration with the Sales Team and CSEE Management Team.
  • To run Account & Site plan reviews and prepare the required KPI's.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience (on at least Bachelor level).
  • More than 10 years of proven experience in Sales.
  • 5 years of confirmed experience in a people management role.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge and experience in process automation.
  • Experience with large international organizations.
  • Good level of sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
