Are you ready to take the lead as our Package Lead for the Wellhead Platform on the NTOKON project? Join our team and be a part of an innovative oil and gas development in Nigeria. As a Package Lead, you will oversee all activities related to the Wellhead Platform package, ensuring compliance with HSSE, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

Role Overview
  • Compliance and Safety: Uphold and promote HSSE rules and ensure compliance at all project phases.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and guide team members in their roles and objectives.
  • Engineering and Technical Oversight: Manage all engineering studies and maintain technical documentation.
  • Contract and Contractor Management: Apply contractual strategy and oversee contractor performance.
  • Project Execution: Deliver equipment meeting quality, safety, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Support Project Management in interactions with partners and authorities.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Ensure confidentiality of project documentation, gather lessons learned, maximize project value, ensure system operability, maintainability, and reliability, update Risk Register, implement Nigerian Content Plan, provide timely reporting.
  • Project Context: Located in OML102 block, Nigeria. Development of a minimalistic Wellhead Platform tied back to Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26 km pipelines. Incorporates Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts. FEED starting October 2024 (5 months), FID in Q1 2025, and first oil in Q2 2027. Project value of $700 million USD (CAPEX: $450 million; DRILLEX: $250 million). Team size of 1 pre-FID; 20+ post-FID.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Professional Experience: 10-15 years in managerial roles within the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
  • Relevant Experience: 5-10 years in a similar position.

Education & Experience
  • Problem Solving: Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Network Expertise: Experience in network storage, server solutions, and networking technologies.
  • Remote Access Proficiency: Skilled in VPN and remote access technologies.
  • Azure Experience: Proven management of Azure environments.
  • Security Knowledge: Familiarity with anti-malware/security software and SOC 2 compliance.
  • Technical Vision: Understanding of emerging technologies.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a remote team.
