In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To support the development and execution of business plans and ensure alignment between functional and site goals.
• To conduct detailed business and data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• To lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and analyze existing business processes aimed at improving productivity and efficiency, reducing waste, and reducing costs.
• To design, develop, and implement IT tools and solutions that support process improvement initiatives.
• To develop, ensure, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Functional Leaders.
• To assist in allocating and utilizing IT resources to support operational and strategic projects, ensuring optimal use of the center's capabilities.
• To proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the successful execution of initiatives, ensuring project goals are met within time and budget constraints.

You focus efforts on continuous improvement; and have a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities for synergy and integration. For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in business planning, process improvement, project management, and IT.
• Previous experience in working within a project team and/or managing projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Kit (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps) and other internal tools and data management systems (SharePoint).
• Experience with software development and IT tool implementation.
• Proven knowledge of building impactful presentations and internal communications.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in SAFe Agile or similar methodologies is a plus.
