Job Title: HR Central Representative - Middle East & APAC Region

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Reporting to: HR Central Supervisor, based in Dubai

Overview: As the HR Central Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR operations across the Middle East and APAC region. This role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, contributing to audit processes, generating reports, and assisting with insurance administration. The position requires close coordination with local HR teams to ensure that all employee data is accurately maintained in the system (Oracle/HUB).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local HR teams to oversee and facilitate the onboarding process, including the preparation of offer letters.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive employee records in the Hub system, ensuring timely updates.
  • Process employee data changes, including transfers, bank detail updates, and other employment-related modifications.
  • Ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date before monthly payroll processing.
  • Enroll employees in insurance plans through the designated system and process deletions/terminations as required.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by assisting the HR/Payroll team as requested by the HR Central Supervisor or HR Services Manager.
  • Generate reports and assist with various projects in collaboration with the HR Central Supervisor, HR Services Manager, or local HR teams.
  • Handle the addition and removal of employee and dependent insurance requests.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a National Diploma in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).


Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR environment (Preferred).
  • Open to applications from recent HR graduates.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (essential).
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems (desirable).

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and the capability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple regions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of integrity.
