Process Owner Knowledge Management
Your role and responsibilities
• Process practitioner for Knowledge Management. Monitor and report ser-vice delivery performance metrics and liaises with managers and customers. • Engage customers to benefit from self-help and knowledge solutions by managing existing knowledge databases and exploring potential improve-ment • Support onboarding to all Consumer Support Processes including knowledge gathering. • Analyze knowledge gaps, patterns and indicators of the issue and proactive-ly develop a solution • Explore potential improvement opportunities by monitoring user feedback in the web (e.g. yammer, inside+)

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or college degree. Equivalent work experience may be consid-ered with a minimum 5 years of experience
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving attitude and ability to effectively work and organize work without supervision
- You are passionate about modern IT technologies with ability to implement the in complex environments
- IT Process Knowledge ITIL or relevant experience
- You are highly skilled in communication and networking in a complex, international organization, able to communicate in English with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in coordinating and supervising/influencing internal and external teams.
