As a Metallic Coating Processor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the metallic coating process for jet engine parts. This role requires physical strength and stamina as it involves handling and applying metallic coatings to various components. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the quality and performance of jet engine parts by ensuring the proper application of metallic coatings. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Apply metallic coatings to jet engine parts according to specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare parts for coating by cleaning and prepping surfaces.
• Operate coating equipment and ensure proper application techniques.
• Monitor and maintain coating thickness and quality.
• Perform visual inspections to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
