What are you going to do

Job Purpose: Manage & Execute structural Fabrication & Installation activities as per Project Requirements.

Job Accountabilities (not limited to below):

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day structural fabrication activities at Seatriumyards, mainly in TBY and PY.
• Ensure the project site is safe and ensure safety rules and ensure the HSE guidelines are followed.
• Planning, organizing and evaluating construction of the structural panel line and mega block fabrication from start to finish according to schedule and within budget.
• Learn project specifications and requirements and make sure that are implemented.
• Review the construction sequence to make sure the production progresses in according to the constructability requirement.
• Delegating work to colleagues within your team Meeting regularly with clients, third parties, and other managers to report on progress
• Coordinate with Engineering / Procurement / Construction teams and make sure the drawing and material are available for the smooth progress of the fabrication activities.
• Ensure KPI’s are met and review project schedule and ensure the required progress if achieved.
• Demonstrate leadership in managing the subcontractor.
• Ensure the work is done in accordance with the quality requirements, schedule, and conformance with the contract documents
• Manage subcontractor manpower and plan the work based on the project schedule
• Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project
• Responsible for ensuring everything goes according to plan during the implementation time frame.

Special requirement: Good Computer knowledge

Other features of job (shift or night work, travel, working conditions etc.): Day & Nightshift with extendable working hours

Knowledge and skills: Good experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas , Offshore Renewables.

Education, Qualifications and Special Training: Degree in relation to structural fabrication

Years of experience: 7-10 years in Structural fabrication. Preferred to have experience in panel line fabrication and stress skin fabrication

Personality traits: Good character, cooperative and help fellow colleagues in the work
