CYBERSECURITY LEAD - Qatar

We are working with our client based in Qatar to source a CYBERSECURITY LEAD. This is residential contract to be based in Qatar.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience working in an Oil & gas industry having broad knowledge of Cybersecurity engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, design, construction and operations.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with specific expertise in OT/ICS security, switch/Firewall configuration, domain policies etc.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems, SCADA systems, DCS systems, IPS systems, PLC, and other OT technologies and communication protocols.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as the ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and IEC/ISA 62443.
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), MCSA, CCNA, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred.

Job Purpose:

• Leads OT Cybersecurity engineering, construction & commissioning activities for PROJECT and ensuring technical requirements fully comply with project deliverables and standardised processes and are delivered to the highest standards.
• S teward Cybersecurity engineering activities to ensure quality and timely delivery of Cybersecurity engineering scope. Drive the EPC contractor by providing clear guidance and facilitating resolution to issues to complete Cybersecurity engineering activities.
• Ensure OT CYBERSECURITY engineering, construction & commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with project specifications and approved variations if any. Accountable for a quality design of CYBERSECURITY engineering deliverables, including design safety aspects and execution planning of CYBERSECURITY field activities.
• Provides guidance to EPC contractor to complete CYBERSECURITY construction/commissioning activities in a timely manner and provides clear direction when project instructions or specifications are not clear
