Key responsibilities:
- Provide pricing leadership and expertise to sales, country teams, industry experts, and product managers to shape and implement effective pricing strategies and policies across ABB RAMA.
- Design and implement a global pricing strategy and operating model, ensuring excellence across the sales network and driving key improvement projects and tool rollouts.
- Analyze pricing data and metrics to generate insights, forecast impacts, and support value-based pricing, including estimating customer willingness to pay.
- Promote a value-based pricing culture through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement, while continuously improving pricing tools and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy and price setting, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- B2B pricing experience in the machine-building or similar industry preferred, with deep knowledge of advanced pricing methods and tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams in a complex multinational environment.
