Role Objective:

Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) is a strategic business unit in Performance Materials & Technologies (PMT), a strategic business group of Honeywell. HPS improves the safety, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of industrial facilities on every continent around the world. With more than 12,000 employees in 120 countries, HPS offers a full range of industry-leading automation and control solutions and advanced software applications to key vertical industries, including oil & gas, mining, refining, pulp & paper, power, chemical, and life sciences.

We have an opportunity for a Lead Account Manager - Process Solutions to join us at Honeywell in UZBEKISTAN, TASHKENT. The successful candidates will be focused on the development and growth in assigned accounts. Specifically, the candidate will help drive the entire HPS business to end users and contractors among territory - Uzbekistan and developing new customer relations.

Key Requirements:
  • Remain as a Primary Customer Interface for the HPS sales and business development
  • Achieving sales targets and quotas for designated accounts
  • Maintaining customer relationships conducive to business
  • Manage & grow existing accounts, develop new accounts for HPS
  • Setting & executing the Account Plan for the assigned account to achieve growth
  • Working very closely with Line of Business (LOB) representatives for customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine further growth opportunities


Key skills and qualifications:
  • Engineering degree in Control / Electrical & Electronics / Computer / Mechatronics and 6-10 years overall experience in sales
  • Experience in industrial technology sales, solution selling, consultative selling, experience in doing business with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies, experience in doing business with end users for various vertical markets such as: Power (Conventional & Renewables), Oil & Gas, Chemical, MMM. Experience in UZ market is a plus
  • Strategic and tactical mind set with passion of Sales & networking skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plan & pursuit plan, proven track record of meeting or exceeding Sales targets and ability to manage, lead, negotiate & finalize deals with thorough understanding of contract terms
  • English - upper intermediate is a must, Uzbek language is a plus
