Asthe Sr. Collections Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of CollectionsAnalysts, driving success and ensuring that we meet our goals for past dueaccounts and collection metrics within a complex portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishand nurture strong communication with the Collections Team, addressing past dueinvoices and payment trends and resolving disputed invoices while maintainingfocus on our collective success.
• Leadimpactful meetings across various functional areas in different businesses toeffectively resolve escalations.
• Deliverprecise monthly cash receipt forecasts and insightful analyses to guide ourfinancial journey.
• Upholda business approach that champions customer satisfaction, both for internalteams and external partners, creating an environment of trust andcollaboration.
• Inspireand support the individual growth of the Collections Team and develop corecompetencies necessary for thriving in a dynamic business landscape.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Aminimum of 5 years in credit, collections, cash services, or accounting.
• Experienceworking in a Corporate multinational company.
• Outstandingoral and written communication skills, enabling you to engage expertly withboth internal and external stakeholders.
• Strongcomputer skills, particularly in Excel, with experience in other MicrosoftOffice products.
• Familiaritywith SAP systems is highly desirable.
