Emergency Response Team Member (Firefighter)

Provide first aid in case of accidents.
Contain and extinguish fires and prevent and limit accidents.
Alert and evacuate all employees and other persons present in the building in case of an emergency.
Alert the municipal fire brigade and other emergency services and cooperate with them
Report to the external emergency services on the results and current situation.
Coordinate the company emergency response.
Evacuate buildings and areas when necessary

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimum 3 to 5 year in large scale Process industry with experience on similar activities as specified in scope of work.
Awareness of safety, quality and environmental practices.
Good initiatives, work attitude, work relationship with all levels of plant personnel.
Shall be capable of working on regular basis during hot, humid and odd temperatures and industrial work conditions.
Valid Qatari Heavy goods vehicle with trailer driving license
NFPA 1072 HAZMAT Awareness and HAZMAT Operation Training certificate
NFPA 1001 FF1 and FF2
Certificate in Emergency Medical Care, First Aid or EMT
The candidate should be trained and competent in emergency response procedures.
They should be able to perform roles as dictated under the emergency support structure
