This position reports to
Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of administrators and specialists to handle and coordinate customer support processes in local Sales units, from customer inquiry to product delivery and after-sales service, to understand the complete sales process and to meet and exceed customer expectations. Each day, you will create, implement, and review customer service strategy and ensure quality, volume, and on-time delivery based on business standards and customer requests. You will also showcase your expertise by making optimization plans to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process in collaboration with business counterparts. The work model for the role is: Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to inform demand strategies. • Processing orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products and acting as the first port of call to customers' queries and orders. • Building long-term and sustainable customer relationships, prioritizing tasks based on the defined criteria to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. • Purchasing products from feeder factories according to sales plan and forecast and ensuring the right stock level of finished goods Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or customer excellence roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory management and customer service best practices.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
