In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Through the timely response, accurate information processing, actively assistance to provide internal sales representative good customer service and support
  • Process orders, track and communicate order relative problems and provide assist to quotation.
  • According to the customer agreement, manage various business requirements.
  • Observe the work process to achieve the requirements of the service level agreement
  • Comply with the requirements of the customer defined process and steps as well as the company's principle.
  • Other jobs or tasks assigned by Supervisor or BU.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Good Japanese ability is must.
  • Good English skills
  • Japanese company experience will be given a priority.
