Business Controller RA
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the in-ternal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case owner-ship. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction. You will be mainly accountable for: - On the basis of documents from the Sales Manager/Technical Support, be responsible for the implementation of the delivery of products, equipment and services with the necessary documents and supporting documents in accordance with the contract(order) and applicable legislation - Ensure communication with foreign and domestic suppliers and customers - Ensure transportation of products and equipment from supplier to customer - Responsibility for the comprehensive management of the business cases entrusted to him in the SAP system - Monitor the development of business cases and orders and provide findings to other responsible employees - Responsibility for the complete recording of business case documents - Responsibility for the correct processing of invoicing documents

Qualifications for the role
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent knowledge of Slovak language
- Knowledge of English language - moderately advanced
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of working with PC, MS Office
- Knowledge of working with SAP- an advantage
