As a Global Projects Director here at Honeywell, you will beleading the KAS (Korea as source) business, with the goal to win new regionalbusinesses for the country. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, andability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in deliveringsuccessful outcomes for Honeywell's global projects.

You will report directly to our Country General Manager andyou will work out of our Korea location on a On-site work schedule. In thisrole, your impact is comprehensive, encompassing strategic alignment, projectefficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, datathoughtfulness, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration,process improvement, risk management, strategic planning, and organizationalgrowth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution andenhancement of our KAS project, contributing to the organization's overallsuccess and performance-driven in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and oversee project management activities
• Develop and implement project management strategies andbest practices
• Ensure compliance with project management standards andguidelines
• Manage project performance metrics and reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams globally to win newbusiness
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Settargets and budget for projects
• Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement
• Guide and drivestrategic initiatives to enhance project management efficiency andeffectiveness

YOU MUST HAVE
• 15+ years of experience in project management or relatedroles
• Prior experience in a guiding or director-level role
• Prior experience in a regional director-level role
• Strong guiding and people management skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders atall levels
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
