• We work with project management standards, framework, processes, and tools supporting our project managers in execution of projects. We ensure that we have the right project management processes, tools and training to support our project managers and their teams.
• We assist our organization to realize its projects and initiatives by securing a common project management framework, approach and support of systems and tools.
• We develop, produce and maintain project management processes, tools, templates and training.
• We support and train our project managers in execution of their projects.
• We focus on quality in project management and daily project tasks.
• We secure project managers have a voice and place to embed best practices into our framework, processes and tools.
• We want to make it transparent, simple, and easy for project managers and project teams to accomplish projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement through data-centered product development and lifecycle
• Work with the team to design, develop, implement, maintain and support software solutions and web applications, ensuring a responsive and intuitive design
• Collaborate with departments to optimize system performance and reliability
• Ensure seamless integration of software solutions with existing systems and interfaces, ensuring secure data handling
• Collaboration with business units on backlog and features prioritization
• Understanding of AI trends and how could those enhance the organization's project management framework
• Support continuous improvement and troubleshooting with issues related to web application development
• Contribute to the team's best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge in web application frontend frameworks using TypeScript, such as Angular or React.
• Proficiency in backend technologies namely C# (ASP.NET CORE) or Java.
• Experience with relational databases, such as MS-SQL.
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services and APIs.
• Experience with containerization and version control tools, specifically Docker and GitHub
• General knowledge on implementing machine learning / deep learning solutions

Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at solving problems and paying attention to details
