The main areas of responsibility include data verification and the preparation of monthly reports. Responsibilities
- Coordinate a team of Analysts
- Further development of process optimization, specialization and scope of activities
- Acting as a point of contact for both internal and external customers
- Securing high quality of customer service and reporting team's performance to the direct Manager
- Conducting recruitment and ensuring efficient induction of new employees
Qualifications
- Relevant previous experience as a team leader
- Ability to communicate across different stakeholder groups of an organization
- Previous experience in process optimization and migration would be an asset
- Very good English and Polish skills, both verbally and in writing

- Effective interpersonal skills and a reliable approach
- Comprehensive analysis and problem-solving skills
