<li>Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and monitor expenditure</li>
<li>Maintain project documentation and reports for management review</li>
<li>Identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies</li>

 Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects. Plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
