This role will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, coupled with a strong technical understanding of power systems and the data center industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business development to plan, manage, and deliver power generation projects for data center clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and clients, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication across all parties.
- Oversee technical aspects of projects, including system design, installation, and integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
- Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and potential challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and technical specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the refinement of project management methodologies.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in power generation, energy infrastructure, or data center industries.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong technical understanding of power generation systems and data center infrastructure.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- An effective communicator with the ability to present technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Familiarity with energy regulatory frameworks and environmental standards is a plus
