Minimum Qualifications
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Physical demands refer to the requirements for physical exertion and coordination of limb and body movement.

The work is typically performed while sitting, standing, bending, crouching, or stooping. The employee frequently lifts light and heavy objects, climbs and operates tools or equipment.

- Installs, repairs, and maintains air conditioning and heating units.
- Inspects interior and exterior building HVAC systems and equipment; makes repairs as needed.
- Performs routine maintenance and energy efficiency upgrades.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions, and repairing or replacing parts.
- Inspects and testing HVAC systems and components
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service to equipment.
- Ensures compliance with local, state and Federal laws (OSHA)
- Performs related work as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- HVAC license or certification required.
