In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop a lead strategy and roadmap for our professional leads.
- Manage lead generation initiatives through existing and new targeted acquisition programs.
- Manage and utilize Pardot as a Salesforce-connected communication tool to nurture and track leads.
- Create strategies for nurturing new and existing leads through a mix of touchpoints with content and calls-to-action.
- Evaluate and assign leads to a combination of TSMs, channel partners, quote desk, or customer service
- Utilize analytics to closely monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments and decisions based on KPIs.
- Partner with Salesforce Admins to manage and maintain system integrations.
- Assist in maintaining elements of the marketing automation system, including workflows, form building, and sales funnel optimization.
- Continually research, identify, and test the latest trends, technologies, and digital lead generation channels to improve targeting and lead acquisition.
- Work collaboratively across teams (marketing, product, sales, business development, etc.).
What do I need to be successful?
- Professionalism and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven success in the development and execution of marketing lead strategy.
- Excellent leadership skills with the confidence to lead and engage key partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter who can quickly assess business needs with a bias toward action.
- Strong ability to manage external vendors and agency partners.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision making across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a penchant for data-driven decision-making
Work Experience
- 5+ years of work experience in B2B lead generation and product marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce and Pardot are a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a matrixed team.
- Understanding of/passion for the building industry a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
Work Environment
- Hybrid environment
- Travel: Up to 15%
