About the Job: Drive substantial growth in high-quality website traffic that converts into inbound leads for OneCV.ai

This is a fully remote contract position, open to candidates based in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic Growth and Lead Generation (40% of role)
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive relevant website traffic and convert visitors into paying customers through optimized landing pages, lead capture mechanisms, and targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Plan, implement, and manage paid search and social media campaigns to attract users and generate high-quality inbound leads.
  • Continuously monitor and report on traffic, conversions, and lead quality metrics to refine marketing efforts and ensure consistent growth.
  • Design and manage user-centric ad campaigns and marketing initiatives that position OnecV.ai as the go-to platform for personalized resume customization.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content to attract job seekers and professionals searching for personalized resume solutions.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with OneCV.ai's rapid growth goals, focusing on SEO optimization and key moments in the buyer's journey.
  • Create and curate high-quality, industry-relevant content (e.g., blog posts, tips for job seekers, success stories, and product guides) to drive traffic and build brand credibility.
  • Implement a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and increase visibility in search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, leveraging data insights to make continuous improvements that accelerate traffic growth and conversions.
  • Set up and manage analytics to track performance and user engagement.
  • Provide KPI reports and identify trends to optimize growth strategies.
  • Make data-driven adjustments to improve conversions and customer experience.
  • A driven, self-starter with a strategic mindset and a knack for creative problem-solving, continuously learning and thriving in fast-paced, early-stage deep tech and B2C startups.
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience owning marketing efforts, with a focus on demand generation, building strategies that drive growth, and adapting to the unique challenges of scaling businesses.
  • Meticulous project manager with a sharp eye for detail and strong communication skills, excelling in both written and verbal formats to keep teams aligned and focused on key objectives.
  • A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and consistently delivers impactful results that align with ambitious startup goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant increases in website traffic and lead generation through effective marketing strategies and channels (X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising best practices to optimize visibility and engagement.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, and Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign, to create and manage scalable campaigns.

Compensation:
  • Contract: $25- 45/h + Performance Based Bonus
  • Performance-Based Bonus tied to traffic and lead generation targets
