The applicable salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in research and development programs to develop new technologies in the areas of solar and other green energy applications
- Support the Principal Solar and Manager Technology Development to ensure technology programs are delivered on time and within budget
- Support in the preparation of research proposals and funding applications
- Collaborate with team members to drive technology commercialization
Qualifications and Experience
- PhD in chemistry, material science, or a related field
- Postdoctoral research viewed favorably
- 3+ years of laboratory research, including experience during PhD training
- Experience with fabricating and characterizing materials used in current and next-generation solar and opto-electronic technologies (perovskite experience preferred)
- Experience with solution-processing via blade coating and slot die coating techniques
- Experience with solar device and module fabrication
- Thin film deposition experience from solution and vacuum techniques
- Tandem and multi-junction device experience preferred
