We are seeking a Senior PMT Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering science-enabled solutions to our customers in the hiring domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical development (which cuts across Science, Engineering and Data functions) and business needs, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our innovative hiring solutions.
Key job responsibilities
- Define product strategy that achieves strong customer value and business outcomes
- Own the product roadmap and business result delivery for several of our key initiatives across the LEGENDS (LEad GENeration and Detection Services) organization in ITA
- Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, UX designers, scientists and engineers to translate complex analytical insights into actionable product features
- Support our Technical Managers in the development and launch of appropriately prioritized product features/hiring solutions
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycles, including planning, design, development, launch, monitoring, and evaluation
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including PRFAQs, business requirements document, product requirement document, project plans, status reports, and presentations
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives
- Stay current with the services/products being developed across the wider recruiting domain within Amazon, along with the emerging trends and technologies in the recruiting and HR tech space in industry
The Sr. PMT needs to be comfortable working with high levels of ambiguity and be skilled in effective stakeholder and leadership management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
