Monarch HVAC in Clifton, CO, is searching for a friendly and skilled full-time HVAC Service Manager - Technician to join our heating and cooling team!

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

You'll have a balanced work schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with some opportunities for overtime. Each day starts at our central office, where you'll meet with the team before heading out to various job sites, ensuring you're always supported while on the go.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an HVAC Service Manager, your day kicks off with a morning check-in at the office, where you'll connect with fellow technicians to map out a smooth day ahead. You'll be the go-to resource for your team, offering insights and answering questions while fostering a friendly atmosphere. As you tackle HVAC service tasks and troubleshoot issues, you'll not only showcase your extensive knowledge of heating and cooling systems but also inspire and mentor your team. Balancing hands-on work with leadership, you'll help create a detail-oriented environment that encourages growth for everyone.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR HVAC SERVICE MANAGER - TECHNICIAN?

• Valid driver's license
• Current EPA license
• 3+ years of experience as a technician
• Your own tools and equipment for standard HVAC services
• Computer and technology proficiency
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills

At least five years of related experience is preferred. NATE certification and QuickBooks experience are also ideal. We're looking for someone very sales-driven and professional!
