As a Field Service Supervisor, your focuswill be supervising a Field Service Engineering teamfor the organization. You will applyyour leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagementin new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth.You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customerproblems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You willdrive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics,targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of anyimprovement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicatethose to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop futuremanagers..

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise team activities and performance
  • Collect and report performance metrics
  • Develop team and team members
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Assign and supervise project work

Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Advanced degree
  • Previous industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently
  • Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team
  • Previous customer service experience
